This champagne is obtained after one manual sorting bunch by bunch then treading and égrappage, of Pinot Meunier and of Chardonnay which gives it a dress lightly saumonée. In mouth, right and mighty, aromas of vanilla and cherries distinguish themselves.

This special champagne will be ideal as an aperitif but will also at best accompany desserts.
