It vintage 2000 comes unusually predominantly of Chardonnay of Mesnil on Oger, harvested on September 22nd, 2000, with a probable alcoholic degree of 10°6 and an acidity of 7,7. It results from it a champagne with a good potential of nurse, everything in delicacy and in minéralité.
Roundness, fat, delicacy, its aromatic development is such, as it is offered there " extra Raw ", that is not dosed, so that he can express himself in any freshness. The nose is powerful, ample, mature with notes of apricot. The mouth has aromas of haw, acacia and ripe pineapple.
This champagne aged 7 years in cellar gives a ripe wine which will express itself throughout meal.
