_ <Img326|center> _ The Crude Without Year is worked out from the assemblage of grape varieties and wines of different years. It stays at least 15 months in cellar. _ _ The White of Whites is acquired from existent vatfuls exclusively from Chardonnay. _ _ Black white is worked out from existent vatfuls exclusively of Pinot Noir and/or Pinot Meunier. _ _ Vintage is born of the assemblage of wines of the same year (different vineyards and/or grape varieties) when it is special. It requires a length of 3 years at the very least of ageing in cellar. _ _ The Vatful Prestige constitutes a vatful of exception coming from chosen plots, from old grapevines or from privileged slopes. _ _ The Rosé am acquired from two methods left to be chosen by the winegrower: - assemblage: this method consists in putting together some red wine converted into wine under the appellation Champagne region in the vatful of white juice. - The bleeding or the soaking: the whole grains of black grapes are left in soaking, up to the getting of desired shade.
